Purpose of personal data processing
Personal data (name, last name, address, e-mail, phone number, title and other data about my employer, employment or function at my employer, data about the event I attended, time and place of the event) is processed by the controller FIBRAN d.o.o., Kočevarjeva ulica 1, 8000 Novo mesto, fibran@fibran.si, for the following purposes:
For keeping records on attendees at the controller’s events, including registers about how many (and which) events someone attended;
For analysing and determining, which organizations the event attendees are coming from and what functions they assume in these organizations;
For sending e-mails for the purposes of informing on training courses, news (in standards and publications), services and events – held by the organizer or third parties;
For contacting via the phone for the purpose of presenting expert system solutions to an individual or employer; by prior appointment also at their location;
For monitoring whether an individual has read sent e-mails, what e-mail an individual has opened or has not opened, which links they have clicked (which contents were read), how much time was spent on reading individual contents;
For segmenting users based on the facts from the previous paragraph and further sending of (individualized) e-mails (this means different individuals may receive e-mails with different contents) for the purpose of a better (more relevant) informing of individuals and achieving a higher response rate to sent e-mails;
For publishing in expert media and websites with the fundamental purpose of promoting the individual and their employee (licenced designer, licenced contractor …);
For awarding receipts, certificates, licences etc. to event attendees and keeping records regarding this;
For the purposes of analysing the user’s pattern-of-life on the website: from where the user came to the website (source of the traffic), for monitoring their activities on the website, which websites they visited, which contents they downloaded or viewed;
For segmenting users based on the facts from the previous paragraph and further sending adapted (individualized) messages through multichannel communication (this means different users can receive messages with different contents) for the purpose of a better (more relevant) informing of individuals and reaching a higher level of user enthusiasm.
